Close the small cap, turn upside down and fill the mold to the line; close the big cap and put in the fridge (keeping upside down).
- Once ready, extract from the fridge, remove the big cap and lay the mold upright on a dish: once you remove the small cap, the custard will come out of the mold and lay on the dish without leaving any leftovers.
